Recipe

One of the favorites at Casper's is Monkey Bread. Here is a really easy recipe for a really delicious treat.
Monkey Bread
Open a can of flaky biscuits & cut into quarters. Combine 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup melted butter in a 9" baking pan. Sprinkle in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Place the pieces of biscuits on top of the mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven 25 min. or until brown on top. Place a plate on top of brown biscuits and turn over so that all the contents are on the top. Let cool.
"Put a piece on the top of your head and your tongue will slap your brains out trying to get to it!" (Casper)

We'd like to share our latest review with you.

"I came in to your restaurant today for the first time after almost half a year of driving by and being so tempted to stop. Today, however, I was craving BBQ pulled pork. I must say that I love Southern food. When I saw that you have gator, catfish, fried collard greens, hush puppies, and beignets, I was completely blown away. I've been waiting for a real bbq joint in North Seattle for a long time and your food is exactly what I've been looking for. Your pulled pork is heavenly. Portion size is perfect (not too big you can't eat it all in one meal with your sides, and not so small you're wondering where the pork is.) Really digging the green apple in the coleslaw too.
Anyways, I just wanted to tell you guys that you are fantastic and I plan on returning again and again and again! Thank you for really making my day. Stephanie."

We dig you too Stephanie, come on back real soon.
